I have played through FF7 30 times and I've got a date with Yuffie 26 out of 30 times (86.67%).

Yuna from FF10 and FF10-2, because she became the first female lead character in a Final Fantasy game.
Yuffie from FF7-0: BC, FF7, FF7-2: AC, and FF7-3: DoC because she's one heck of a cool looking ninja chick, even though she wears her shorts unbuttoned. She also brings in the most fans.

Squall from FF8, because he's a powerful hero.

Final Fantasy 7, 10 and 10-2 were the best, hands down. Great story and characters. The music was also excellent.
